On some messages, when I print them, they print without the headings i.e.
From, Date, To, and Subject. I cannot see any connection between these
emails. The latest was sent from a Blackberry on Airtel - could that be the
problem. How can I fix it? Thanks

Have you upgraded to IE7? If so, the workaround is to select Tools,
Options, Read, Read All Messages In Plain Text. If you are currently
viewing the message, switch to another message then back after making
the change.

Recently I upgraded to IE7. Immediately from then on, OE has always failed to
print the headers listed for e-mails which have been responded to, and has
randomly failed to print the headers listed for new incoming or outgoing
mail. I tried Michael Santovec's fix, but it didn't work for me. Any ideas?

It's a bug in OE and OL. The IE team is aware of it and working on a fix.

Workaround include:

1. With the message closed and Preview pane disabled, enable (Tools
Options Read ) Read all message in Plain Text. Now open the message and
print.

2. Forward the message to yourself and print.

3. Begin a Forward of the message Instead of Sending it, Save it to Drafts
Enable Preview pane Highlight the message in Preview pane File

Print.
