cant sign in
my name is raymond mcdaid its impossible to sign in i cant receive my
messages or contact people as result, im aware that someone else knows my password and they have tried to sign in using my name is this causing my problem

You would be best advised to contact NTL World and have them reset your
password if you believe that to be the problem. And while you are talking to them, make sure your settings in Outlook Express for your mail servers are correct and ensure that you are not using any email scanner in an antivirus or antispam program.
