I am using XP Professional and recently had to add a second user to my laptop
for work to use a VPN to access network services. I want to be able to have
the same OE in both usernames. Right now, XP wants me to set up another OE
mailbox in the new user. How do I get the same mailbox under both users?

If you make a change that will affect the Registry, then you will have to
clone the change to the other XP user.
The OE folder needs to be in a location that both users can access.
