If you don't have the option enabled, all messages are removed from the mailserver (and your Inbox on the webmail page) once they're downloaded into OE (whether you see them or not). Also directed to you: View Current View Show all messages (checked?) Are her messages found in Deleted Items folder? Do you use any Message Rules that might be filtering out her messages?
