I send an email about a problem with some software. Under format the Plain
Text is used but the one receiving the email tells me that they are
receiving nothing for a blank email. Would someone tell me what is causing
this.

Does the message look OK in your Sent Items folder?

Look at Tools, Options, Send, Mail, Plain Text Settings. If you have
MIME selected, the Text Encoding should be either NONE or
Quoted-Printable. If you have Base64 selected, some mail recipients
won't be able to read it or filtering software at their end might remove
it as potential spam or virus.

The email looks OK in the send folder. The setting are as you listed below.
Base 64 is not selected. Those folks will not answer my email concerning the
problems I am having with the software. Thank you! Do you have more
suggestion?

If you like, send a sample e-mail to me and I'll take a look at it to
see if there is anything that might cause a problem.
