Outlook Express - problem receiving mail via SKY POP
Sky's own email service works but I wanted to use Outlook Express. Sky
told me the addresses to supply. The SMTP works fine - no problem sending at all. But I can hardly ever receive. Somehow managed it on December 28 - into my inbox came mail a week or so old. Usually though, "Connecting" is followed by nothing until the error message that connection has been terminated. I've tried disabling anti virus and Firewall - no use. Any suggestions will be very welcome. (Sky say they can't help because they don't organize O.E.
