Downloading IE/OE 6 ??

When I try to download IE6 using IE6SETUP from M'soft, I get a "can't install on this PC because you already have a later version installed" kinda message. IE6SETUP then dies. Where can I download the complete set of install files without using IE6SETUP???? Just want to make a CD copy to take down the street to refresh their OE6 mail client. thanks
