Who charged you $50.00??? This is just a peer to peer newsgroup. No one here
charged you anything. But, to access Hotmail via OE, it's $19.95 per year. If you want to use Outlook Express to access your Hotmail account, you must have an MSN subscription, or Hotmail Plus.
