i start my emails again.i lost it when my and brothers computer crash.I want
it back again.My brothers works perfectly fine.But when i start mind,and
send message to myself and see if it works,the message is send but i do not
recieve it back why?
I copy everything off my brothers tools.And start my own email address.with
my name first then after the @ i.p address.

You can't make up your own address. The address is either incorrect, or your
settings in Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties (All Tabs) are wrong.
Contact your ISP to make sure they are correct.

Also, turn off e-mail scanning in your anti-virus program. It is a redundant
layer of protection that eats up CPUs, slows down sending and receiving, and
causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs, account setting changes
and has even been responsible for lose of messages. Your up-to-date A/V
