Default Problem with OE6

Hello
I use mailwasher and OE6 but I've always had trouble in that some spam
emails are bypassing Mailwasher and going directly into OE6 when I click
'Send/Receive' in OE6.
I have two mail accounts and the settings are identical except for one thing.
On clicking 'ACCOUNTS' then 'SERVERS' I find that under 'INCOMING MAIL
SERVER' my default account has the text from the right of my email address
instead of the left i.e for I have jt.com under 'ACCOUNT NAME'
rather than bob.
When I have changed this to bob and clicked APPLY and then CLOSE I then
click 'SEND/RECEIVE' again but a pop-up asks me for my USERNAME i.e bob and
password but when I check the information then click OK OE6 doesn't accept it
and keeps putting the pop-up back until I click CANCEL.
If I put the text from the RIGHT of my email address in i.e jt.com there is
no problem and mail is delivered. My second email account is configured with
the text to the left of the email address i.e bob and this is delivered when
the default account has been set with the jt.com in the USERNAME box.
Can anyone offer any advice please?
Many thanks

Default Problem with OE6

Please ignore the previous post. The information that was in the INCOMING
MAIL SERVER was correct after checking with my ISP.
