Default OE 6 must running on windows messager?!

unbelieveble!
Why MS force consumer's hand? How can i use the OE without windows
messager?!

I have no idea what you are asking. I have /never/ used Windows Messenger,
but have no problem with OE.

Default OE 6 must running on windows messager?!

Of course i know OE never depending on the windows messager. But when i
running OE6 the windows messager will be activated..With a window showing
the messager cannot exit because some program like OE depending on it as you
try to quit it.
I know it abnormal.I had not used OE for about two years because of
security reason. I reinstalled my windows xp recently and try to get message
from OE but the windows messager interrupt all the while when i running
OE6.
