I run a small business and need to email customers with the 'latest news'
type of information. To protect customers confidentiality I send to myself and all the customers as blind copies. I have a situation arisen whereby one of the customers intends suing me as they say they never had a particularly important email some months ago. They are in the right folder (about 100 email addresses), in my address book and to all I sent the same email. However when I look at the email I can see no way of seeing who I sent it to unless there is a way? Please help as my ability to prove is likely to save a claim against me for £3,000. Ken |
