I have been receiving emails for a long time from a sender that uses
Comcast. For some reason unknown to me, I am no longer able to receive email from this person. Nothing has changed that I am aware of and I receive email with no problem from all other senders. Just this one sender I do not receive their email's. Also, when this person sends me an email, they do not receive any type of error message. I'm running XP and use Outlook Express. Thanks in advance for any help, Bill |

Hi Bill,
Check the blocked senders list. It is possible the address was inadvertently added. Also check your message rules to see if there is any rule that might be
deleting their messages. If your ISP offers web mail check that out. If they offer any spam filtering at the mail server, it might be trapping the messages. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "Bill & Debbie" wrote in message ... Hi Mike,
I don't have any boxes checked in the message rules. My ISP doesn't provide any filtering that I am aware of. Thanks in advance for any other ideas, Bill "Michael Santovec" wrote in message ... I think Comcast has some problems, although they probably won't admit it.
Lately, the OE newsgroups have seen a lot of different issues with sending and receiving problems, including problems with attachments. The common denominator is that at least one of the parties is using Comcast. Here is just one sample: A friend of mine who uses Comcast hasn't been getting my messages for several weeks. He doesn't have me blocked and Comcast tells him the problem is at my end. I use SBC DSL and don't know where to look. I just tried to send myself a test and I don't see it after 10 minutes. Where do I look? tnx -- 73 Hank WD5JFR Unfortunately, nothing we offer as advice fixes the problem, so I put my money on a Comcast problem. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "Bill & Debbie" wrote in message ...
