Regardless of the extention on any photo attachment to an email I receive
over Outlook Express, when I try to open it is says it is a "PV8.image" and will not open. Why is this happeneing? I have done nothing to change my Outlook Express and can not find anyplace to fix this on my own. |

You have a Ulead graphic program installed and it has taken over the file
association for image files.
