Default OE6 message back up

I believe I have the backing up part down pat....restoration is an issue. I
receive an error message that indicates the folder contains no messages or
something else is open and using the folder. I have tried to ensure no other
programs including IE are running and I have turned off the read only box in
properties.

Where are the files located?
Did you verify that they are not Read Only?
