I just installed OEQB under XP Pro and it crashes when I try to run it with
an error 5 message. I looked at the oehelp.com site but nothing there. Any ideas as to what is causing this and what I can do to fix it? |

The registry already pointed to the backup folder.
The error message is "Run-time error '5': Invalid procedure call or argument. Any other thoughts? "utahbuck" wrote in message . .. Majik, Thanks for the suggestion. Try resetting the program. Go to this registry key and delete it. Then see
if it works. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\OEBackup steve "utahbuck" wrote in message . .. The registry already pointed to the backup folder. Steve,
I tried what you suggested and then ran the program. I still get the Run-Time-Error 5: Invalid procedure call or argument. However, I do see that 3 files have been created in the backup folder: AddressBook.reg, AllIdenties.reg and IAM.reg. Are these all of the files that the program creates or should there be one with the emails. Thanks, Utahbuck (also a Steve) "Steve Cochran" wrote in message ... Try resetting the program.
