Default not able to compact one folder

Hello. I go off line, make sure I'm at the top of the tree view for OE, that
way I know no folder is being used and proceed to compact the folders but in
the middle of the operation I get a dialogue that says "this folder is
being used" Ok. I don't know which folder it was as I was away from my
computer but how could this be if I'm off line and none of the folders are
being shown? Thanks.

Restart your computer and compact again. Then you get the prompt, grab the
blue banner at the top of it and move it out of the way. You fill be able to
tell which folder it is stuck on.

Let us know.

I can do 2 of those three things but I'm visually impaired and my screen
reader won't allow for items to be moved at least not by me and I don't
always havea pair of eyes around. I'll try the first two steps and see if
that problem goes away.
