My address book reads fine and all the folders are in sorted order.
Why is it that whenever I click on the "TO" button and bring up the "Select Recipients" window, that all of the folders are jumbled? Is there a trick to get these sorted? Thank you -- DavidM |

Click the column headings to sort in that window. The name field will
cycle through 4 sequences of Ascending/Descending for first/last name and email will select ascending or descending. The faint triangle in the heading tell you which column it is sorted on and either ascending or descending. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "DavidM" wrote in message news ![]() My address book reads fine and all the folders are in sorted order. Thanks Michael but the problem is with the drop down list of folders that
appears and not with the actual folder contect itself. eg I get this sort of thing: Main Identity Contacts A-Business A-Friends Other Contacts Keep Files A-Suppliers Most-Used A-Customers These folders appear differently if I copy my address book to another PC but still not in a numerical or alphabetical sorted manner :-( Cheers david -- DavidM "Michael Santovec" wrote: Click the column headings to sort in that window. I've never used folders before, just groups.
Doing a little playing around with it seems to list the folders in reverse creation order (newest first). I don't see any way to adjust that. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "DavidM" wrote in message ...
