Default Bcc bar on outbound mail

I can get a Bcc bar on outbound mail if I go to the trouble of clicking on
'Recipients', then moving a name to the Bcc box. How can I get a permanant
Bcc bar on outbound mail?

Thanks much.

Mike

View - All Headers gave me a bunch of new boxes but no Bcc box. Thanks for
trying. If you have other suggestions I'm certainly open to them.

Thanks again, Bruce.

Bruce, I tried it again and it gave me the Bcc block, just as I wanted and
as you were suggesting.

I don't know what happened before. There was a block for "Reply to" and
"Notification", for example.

But it's just fine, now! Thanks a million again!
