Business card
We have followed all the instructions to set up a business card and a
business card icon appears to the right of the input bars when a new message is being sent but when we click on it we get an error message. Is it that we are using XP?

Hi Elf,
Knowing what the error is might help in resolving the issue. A business card is nothing more that a Windows Address Book entry in V-Card format. An address book entry can be dragged to a Windows folder to get a V-Card (*.vcf) file. Can the business card entry be opened from a Windows folder?
