Default Need help sending email ie6

Does anyone know what this message means, I have been trying to send email
from my notebook on a remote wireless connection I can recieve mail but
cant send. Your help much appreciated.

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server.

SMTP, Server Response: '550 Administrative prohibition -

relaying not allowed', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error
Number: 0x800CCC79
