This is a problem with IE7. The IE team is working on a fix. Meanwhile, this
has worked for many.

While viewing a message in the Preview Pane, click on the Information Bar
just above the message to highlight it blue and then click Print.

This is the bar that contains To, From & Subject etc., but /not/ the Columns
Bar above the message headers.

Thanks for responding - but this does not seem to work either - any other
suggestions?

Switch to Read all messages in Plain Text before opening the message to
print it. (Tools | Options | Read). Or, forward the message to yourself.

I 've had the same problem too, but it appears to be utterly random, like
without headers in the morning and suddenly it's printing headers again this
afternoon.

I've also noticed that other posts have said to remove the IE7 update from
the Add& remove programs. I will try this I think, as it's driving me nuts!
(come on microsoft, do a patch soon!!)

Have just tried this and it does work, however it doesn't print any images
that are included as attachments from the email.

Unfortunately, that's the outcome. Did you try the method in my first reply
to JeffO? I only found out about that one yesterday, and since this printing
problem is selective, (I never had a problem), I can't reproduce the
outcome.

Yes I tried this but it didn't work. I've uninstalled IE7 now, and
everything is back to normal.
