Default How do I stop Outlook Express ......

How do I stop OE from displaying an attached photo (jpeg) in the body of the
message.. I have the Text only button (on) to no avail..
I sent this question to another newsgroup but received no answer..
Anybody??

Default How do I stop Outlook Express ......

By default, OE automatically displays attached graphics /after/ the message
text body. You can change how you view incoming messages, but not how a
recipient will see it.

To prevent attached graphics to be viewed automatically in messages you
/receive/ after the message body, see:

Is this in messages that you receive or messages that you are sending?

If messages that you are sending, the recipient's mail program and
settings control whether or not photos are displayed with the message.

If messages that you receive, besides the change that Bruce mentioned,
in Windows XP SP2 or Windows 2003 SP1, when Tools, Options, Read, Read
All Message In Plain Text is selected, that also stops the display of
images. (For a quick workaround for the current message, press
ALT+Shift+H)

I don't know what you mean by the "Text only button (on)".
