I do not know what email package(s) these senders are using. Actually, I
just found out that the problem has occurred with a Word document and a ..jpg file. Lou "Ron Sommer" wrote in message ... Is the sender using Outlook or Outlook Express? Are they sending in RTF format? -- Ronald Sommer "jrsyangl" wrote in message news:HI_yh.4485$da1.781@trndny03... : When I receive Word attachments, they are mysteriously converted to : unreadable .txt documents. I am using OE6, Norton AV, and Trend Micro : Anti-Spam. They leave the sender as .doc and arrive as .txt. Any one : have any suggestions? Thanks. : : |
