The program has also been re-written to improve functionality and
performance.

The various features are the same in both OE and WinMail and include:

Removing duplicate messages
Importing messages from other dbx files or eml files
Removing attachments from messages
Saving attachments from messages
Converting messages to Plain Text only
Exporting messages as eml files
Saving lists of messages in folders
Sending messages again
Editing sent messages to send again

Note that Windows Mail users can directly import from individual dbx files
(non-corrupt) into the WinMail message store using OEX. Messages can then
be imported across a network or from CD backups.
