If you get Win XP with IE7 preinstalled, it will have OE6.

If you get Vista, it will have IE7 and Windows Mail which replaces OE6.

But .. that doesn't answer his question. I don't know the answer
either; are you implying that it's still OE6 with pre-installed Vista?
Please clarify? You seem to day it's not different, but then go on to
indicate it's got the new name without saying whether that's just a
renamed OE6 or not.
I've seen it discussed both ways in these groups. No, I don't have
Vista and don't know when/if I'll get it. Just not yet for sure.
