Default Problems with windows xp after doing a defrag. things act crazy!!

Hello Folks. I did what I would consider a normal defrag. After it completed
I had several difficult problems. My curosr now has a black box that is
about a 1/4 inch square. The black box will stay put and the "I" beam that is
my cursor moves as normal.
SECOND; I now have a second administrator account. When I click on tools,
then internet oppitions I have a banner on the bottom of the window that says
" some settings are managed by your system administrator" When I go to
controll panel and open users it has two administrators accounts, the owner
computer administrator as usual and a second users called administrator
computer adnministrator.
THIRD I have lost my "F" drive. I had a western digital 160 gig hard drive
on the F drive of my computer for back ups. I cannot use this external drive
as the "F" drive it was installed on has dissapeared.
LAST I am sorry I posted this question all in caps the first time. I have a
broken neck and back and can't use my fingers very good so I try to use caps
for a cleaner apperance. It is hard to use the shift button.
