Hi
I installed IE 7 and got into troubles. One of the last ones is the fact that my Palm Pilot does not Hot Synch. Going to Support.Microsoft KB or Q 315352 it tells me that the problem relates to some incorrect registry setting or entry. Note that I had no troubles till I installed IE 7. In the instructions on Registry fix, it tell me to go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft|Windows\Curr entVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders and then to double click on Common Administrative Tools. Well --- I got to the last point but I DO NOT HAVE the "Common Administrative Tools" file in my XP. I am running Windows XP Pro 2002 with Service pack 2. Any suggestion on where to go to get a direction to fix this. Thanks Don |
