Default Program to rebuild Address Book

Recently I lost my Address Book. I need to rebuild it.
My mail folders and account settings are all fine.

Anyone know of an application that can scan Outlook Express mail folders and
the messages inside them (Specifically my Sent Mail folder) and extract email
addresses from the messages into a csv, wab, or some other format file?

I use Windows XP Home SP2
IE 7
Outlook Express 6

You can load up your sent items folder in OE and then use my OETool program
to capture the message list as a csv file. From that you should be able to
get the email addresses.

I looked at this program but it doesn't extract any email addresses.
