Hi.
I'm running OE6 and XP2002 Sp2 (fully patched) on both my laptop and desktop computer. Even though I use exact the same settings I suffer from an annoying issue in OE6 on my laptop. The paper clip in the preview pane is missing even though the message contains attachments. I can reach the attachments by opening the message in a separate window but wouldt rather skip that extra step. The clip does show as a small icon in the list of messages however, but not in the preview pane as on my desktop computer. The problem affects all types of attachments including zip, doc and even txt. I'm running severel IMAP accounts and have the same problem with all of them. I've tried to access the accounts through POP3 instead but with no change. I think I've tried everything, including: * making sure that right edge of the window is not off the screen. * toolsoptionsreadread all messages in plain text (checked/unchecked). * ToolsOptionsSecurity (all but "Internet zone" unchecked) * trying to create a new identity I've yet not installad any anti virus on my laptop so thats not the issue either. Hey, I know this only regards one or two extra mouse clicks but handling quit a lot of mail per day this is really annoying. Any ideas? /Benzo |

Under the VIEW menu, then layout, then in the preview pane section do you have the "Show preview
pane headers" checked? "Benzo" wrote in message ... Hi. I'm running OE6 and XP2002 Sp2 (fully patched) on both my laptop and desktop computer.
