nouveau PC

Salut à tous,

Je viens d'installer un nouveau PC et je souhaite récupérer tous mes
messages que j'avais sur mon ancien PC sur ma messagerie et également toutes
mes adresses internet. Le tout ayant disparu de outlook express quand j'ai
démarré mon nouveau PC. Je ne sais pas si je me fais bien comprendre mais je
ne suis pas super calée en PC mais ca m'ennui vraiment d'avoir perdu toutes
mes adresses.

Merci de m'aider.
