OE doesn't have that capability. My OEX program will do that:

Also, if you continuously get duplicates messages.

For Hotmail, or IMAP accounts:

Tools | Options | General tab. Uncheck either: When starting, go directly to
my Inbox folder or, Send and receive messages at startup.

So, i like not download again my messages if example i import those from
other e-mail client, or from any cause the OE fatcjing again the mail
server. I asked therefore how possible sort out duplicate messages.. Since
not exist built option solve this, is is any other third party program to

I don't quite understand. Are you saying you import messages and then you
don't want to download them because you imported them? I don't know any
program that will do that.
