Hotmail can't send

If no joy, did you happen to reinstall WinME without having first uninstalled IE6 SP1? Small world! Today, on the advice of PC Magazine, I set my IE6/Tools/Internet Options/Privacy from Medium to High. Result: Outlook Express would NOT send out messages. So on your advice, I set it to Medium High, and it works. I cannot possibly imagine how setting IE6 Privacy would affect OE's Send function!!! I think I'll just go back to my Atari 800 and just have fun! Thanks. EW
