unable to send small pictures
When I choose a picture from MY Pictures and go to "e-mail this file" in
Windows XP-SP2 the box doesn't come up so you can make pictures smaller. Just the e-mail box comes up. Any answers for this

Make sure no programs are running. (IE, OE, etc.).
Copy and paste the command in Start | Run: REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL Click OK and reboot. Turn off and power back up. Don't use Turn Off | Restart.
