Tell us how you know that you are not getting emails?

Are the ones that you expected to arrive, from the same person, maybe they
are using the wrong address?

Put some meat on the bones or no one will be able to help you.

Start in OE looking at Tools, Message Rules.

Do you have any Blocked Senders? Any mail from them would go to the
Deleted Items folder after download.

Do you have nay Mail message rules?

Also check with your ISP's web mail. They may have spam filters in
place sending the messages to a Junk/Bulk/Spam/Trash, etc. folder.
