Default OE Send/Receive popup window

Damaged identities are a common issue with OE and it only takes a few
minutes to create a new one.

It's been years since I've used OE so I can't say that I remember but
he claims that he never had this problem before. I shouldve mentioned
that we did do an in place upgrade from XP Home to Pro so something
might have happened to his profile. I'd like to avoid the disabling
the autocheck if possible. I'll try the new profile and see what
happens. Thanks for the help!
