I occasionally lose sound - usually after my laptop goes into hibernation.
When I check Control PanelSounds and Audio Devices, I get an error "No Audio Device". Only after I reboot do I get my audio back. Is this a browser or system software issue or is it my laptop? |

I couldn't say for sure where the problem lies, but it is definitely not an
Outlook Express issue. I would try the XP newsgroup.
