Default An XML Question:

What are you doing when you see this error in Outlook Express?

This might fix the scripting error:

In OE go to: Tools | Options | Security and set OE to the Restricted Zone.
That should remove active scripting and do away with the error messages.

Default An XML Question:

Dear Bruce ~

Many thanks! I have done as you suggested. In answer to your question, I
have a DSL modem and the error arises whenever the computer and modem os
dormant for an hour or more without any activity other than screensaver, and
I try to go online with either IE or OE - Of course, the Help assistant
fromAT&T/BellSouth comes up and ressurects the connection but the messages
nevertheless emerge. I am grateful for your help I don't think PA Bear even
read my message.

Default An XML Question:

Since you say it happens with IE and OE, then it is not an Outlook Express
issue.

I would suggest posting to the newsgroup for your OS. I haven't a clue
except a bad modem, or try resetting it, but that is only a wild guess.
