I'm not really sure which version of Outlook Express I have, but it appears
to have come with Internet Explorer 7.0. Recently when I try to launch the
program it will not open and the error message "Outlook Express could not be
started because MSOERES.DLL could not be found. Outlook Express may not be
installed correctly."

It was working fine and I don't know what changes created the problem. I
have since reloaded Internet Explorer 7.0 and removed and reloaded Outlook
Express from my system. I still get the same error message.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem or why it came about to begin with?
I am not the only user of this PC so I have limited details on what the user
was doing before the error occurred.
