How to transfer address book content saved on CD to address book on my new
PC. Thanks

Open the Address Book | File | Export | Address Book (wab) either to a CD,
or another location on your HDD and burn from there. Copy the CD to a folder on the new machine. Right click on it | Properties and remove the Read Only attribute.
