Default can't click on links

hello anyone...

i'm trying to find info on outlook express 6. lately when i'm reading an
email, and try to click on any web based link, im taken to my personal folder
of C:\Documents & Settings. pretty weird stuff, but no one seems to have an
answer as to get me on the right track again..

Default can't click on links

You should be able to copy/paste the following links into your browser
address box to read the articles:

How to Make Internet Explorer the Default Web Browser
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=284456
Internet Explorer Not Configured as Default Browser
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=153774

Also, in Windows XP: Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Set Program
Access and Defaults, Browser to make IE the default browser.

Hyperlinks do not work in Outlook Express after you upgrade to IE7
