I am finding today that I can receive emails but cannot send them and this is
the message I get - please can anyone help me. I am not very technical where these things are concerned but I dont know what to do - here is the message:- The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.orangehome.co.uk', Server: 'smtp.orangehome.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E Thank you for any help. |

Hello,
Are you using the internet connection provided by the ISP? Most SMTP servers provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) require the user to use the ISP's Internet to access the mail sending server. The server could also be temporarily offline. yes I am it is orange. If the server was down wouldn't I be unable to receive
