Cannot add new identity
After much fussing trying to get my messages back, I created a new problem.
I cannot create a new identity. When it asks if I want to switch to the new identity I'm trying to create, OE switches to the new identity, asks for the approrpriate information, then hangs. Any ideas?

Cannot add new identity
Search for folders.dbx (hidden) and delete the copy you find for the

First get fully patched at Windows Update, then see if the behavior
