Default Email bounced back

I recently received an email from a friend as below. I replied to it in OE
using the 'Reply' button, so the address was correct.

My reply email was bounced back with the message below. I have asked AOL
what the problem is but no response.

Grateful for advice please. Seems as though my ISP is blacklisted by AOL
!!??
Brett

It appears your IP address has been blacklisted for spam:

You need to visit each of the blacklist sites that are on that list and see
what they require.

Howevever, some are listing entire blocks of IP addresses, which means those
who are not sending spam are also being punished.

ISPs / Mail server admins that use black lists choose the ones they want.
