Does anyone know the best way to send small video clips via email? I've
figured out how to capture snapshots from selected video frames and send them as regular pictures, but I'm in the dark concerning the video itself. Can I do this without the recipient requiring any special software? |

Hi John,
I'm no expert in this area, but streaming video could be done that would be displayed in a message -- most people have Windows Media Player. It would be important to know your recipient before doing this! Better would be to provide a link to the video file. Video files cannot be embedded in a message. In any case, the file would need to be stored on the Web. If you're interested in pursuing the idea there are newsgroups where avid PC users hang out who could help. I could send you a link to one by e-mail. It would not be appropriate to post it here. -- Tim K. aka Kuay Tim MS-MVP - Outlook Express Lynnwood, WA * "John Schmierer" wrote in message ... You have to sign in, but it's free and is a full-featured email program as well. |
