Every time i open outlook a new e-mail apears in my inbox with no title and
no sender details. The mail reads something like:
X-NAS-BWL: No match found for '' (62 addresses, 0 domains)
X-NAS-Language: Unknown
X-NAS-Bayes: #0: 0.683296; #1: 0.316704
X-NAS-Classification: 0
X-NAS-MessageID: 290
X-NAS-Validation: {137FC4E0-9D64-403F-A07A-88E5E03A750C}

any ideas

That can be caused by your anti-virus scanning e-mail or an anti-spam
program. Disable the e-mail scanning and anti-spam and see if the
problem goes away.
