Changing display names to a large number of contacts
I recently synchronised my OE address book with Plaxo and Outlook. Before
doing this the Name Display appeared as FirstName LastName. Now the contacts appear as Title FirstName LastName. I have about 800 email contacts. I tried to edit one of the contacts by going to Properties and in the Display Box I changed from Title FirstName LastName to FirstName LastName. The problem is....how can I automate this procedure for the 800 contacts. I would like to make the change so that when I am composing an email I could start typing the person's first name and autocomplete would complete it. Any suggestions?? Your Logo, Inc.
