After download AVG and seemingly did not download other things. Now I cannot
see my mails in Outlook Express in the sense that when I open the mail box,
its all ?????? (questions marks). Strangely, for the old mails, for say my
statement, I can see alternative months. The other problem that I have now is
when I send an email to my friend, she complained that she received 50
copies.Norton does not show any infection so far and running Spybot 1.4 at
the moment . How can I resolve this, thanks

This will take more than one reply.

You have Norton /and/ AVG? Get rid of Norton and AVG. Reload AVG only and
choose Custom Mode. Uncheck E-mail Scanning when you see that option.

Make sure you do not have more than one firewall enabled.

Do not archive mail in default OE folders. They will eventually become
corrupt. Create your own user defined folders for storing mail and move your
mail to them. Empty Deleted Items folder regularly. Keep user created
folders under 100MB, and Default folders as empty as is feasible.

It would help to know your Windows version, and OE version. In OE | Help |
About, scroll down to msoe.dll and give us the numbers provided there.
