I am currently paying for my hotmail account. 19.99 per year. I have also
recently been using myy outlook express programs to check my e-mail, and it has worked. Today when I did it, a box came up and said invalid, ID, and also asked me to re-type my password and e-mail address. This box constantly kept popping up. I have my password saved in the program, but outlook express says the server says it is invalid. I know it is not invalid, because i signed in to my inbox using the hotmail.com, but it still does not work in my outlook express. I have also tried resetting my password, but it still says invalid unless i use the hotmail site. This really bugs me, and i cant imagine what is causing the problem because it has worked before. Please respond ASAP! Thank you- Sincerely, a hotmail usser and customer. I need this to work, and dont want to pay 100 dollars to speak to a microsoft professional for 90 minutes...what a rip off....help me out here guys....i am new to this newsgroup |
