Do you get any error message?

If the "421" is part of the error message, the full text of the error
message would help.

Are you doing the forward to multiple recipients at one time, or each
separately?

Are you able to Forward messages to AOL without attachments OK?

Can you send a new message to AOL recipients with an attachment OK?

Do you have more than one mail account in Tools, Accounts, Mail?

I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.
